Here at TGLFC for the past 22 years, we have been creating your dreams by designing your home from scratch, working from your existing drawings or customizing a home from our gallery of home plans. Our qualified design team first meets you for a preliminary discussion to determine your goals, land characteristics, home style, building location, levels of completion and finally a rough budget.

The next phase would be to take these parameters and start a modern computerized set of floor plans, exterior elevations and a  3-d model of the timber frame. Once your plans meet your approvals through a process of red line revisions, budgets can be obtained and final  construction drawings can be finalized. TGLFC  is a qualified BCIN designer and will have a third party engineering firm overview our plans and “stamp” your construction drawings ready for the submission to your local building department.

Further services that we find help immensely on your design process include, meeting you at your site by a company representative to help decide building location, floor plan layout with regards to views and sun direction, and any site characteristics which may add to building budgets.  Secondly, a tour of one of our finished homes, can help you visualize our workmanship, room sizes, window types and sizing and possible finishing materials. Our  gracious and proud  past customers have in the past allowed us to “show off” their extremely beautiful homes and freely share their experience and advice to the new clients of the TGLFC family.
